Course Overview
The course introduces advanced project management methods and their application in engineering projects, with emphasis on renewable energy and wind energy investments. Students learn classical, agile, and adaptive project management methodologies, principles of planning, integration, scope, cost, time, and quality management. Topics also include communication with stakeholders, negotiation, risk management, supplier portfolio management, and sustainable development principles in engineering projects. Laboratory sessions focus on practical use of MS Project software to design project schedules, allocate resources, analyze costs and risks, and prepare project reports. Case studies illustrate best practices in renewable energy project management.
MAIN GOAL
To equip students with knowledge and practical skills in managing complex engineering projects, particularly in the renewable and wind energy sector, using advanced project management methodologies and IT tools.
