Course Overview
The course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of creating and implementing AI strategies in industrial organizations, focusing on technical, ethical, and managerial challenges. Students study various AI technologies and applications, explore business benefits, and analyze case studies in production and energy sectors. Topics include AI project management, organizational readiness, change management, evaluation of AI tools, ethical and regulatory issues, intellectual property, and building effective AI teams. Sustainability aspects and environmental impact of AI implementations are also discussed, along with future trends in AI for industry and energy.

To equip students with knowledge and skills to develop, implement, and manage AI strategies in industrial and energy sectors, addressing technical, ethical, and organizational aspects.
