Course Overview
The course prepares students to build effective engineering teams and develop competencies essential for teamwork in engineering contexts. It covers models of engineering teams, roles within teams, principles of effective collaboration, communication, conflict management, and trust-building in teamwork. Students learn about creativity, presentation skills, and strategies for managing remote and multicultural teams. The course combines theoretical insights from social psychology and management with practical exercises and case studies.
